Cases.gg Free Cases Not Showing? Here's the Fix

You signed up, used a code, and there are no free cases. Annoying, but it's almost always one of a handful of things. Work through these fixes in order.
1. Refresh and log back in
The simplest fix works more often than you'd think. Log out, clear the tab, and log back in. Balances and rewards sometimes don't refresh until you do.
2. Finish every sign-up step
If the site asked you to confirm an email, set a username, or accept terms and you skipped it, rewards may not unlock. Open your account settings and look for any unfinished step.
3. Check the code was actually applied
Welcome codes usually have to go in during sign-up. If you typed it after, it may not count. Check your account for a promo code field or an "applied code" label. Remember only one welcome code applies per account.
4. Look in the right place
Free cases normally sit in a dedicated free cases or rewards area, not in the main box list. Check the rewards, free cases and profile tabs before assuming they're gone.
5. Your account isn't "new"
If you made an account before (even years ago, even with a different email), the welcome offer may not apply. That's standard across box sites to stop people farming bonuses.
6. Region or eligibility block
If you're in an excluded state (Idaho, Montana, Michigan, Nevada or Washington) or a blocked country, promotions won't work, and a VPN won't fix that. It can get the account closed.
7. Ask live support properly
If none of that works, contact support with:
- your username,
- the code you used and when,
- a screenshot of the sign-up or code screen.
Never send your password or Steam login to anyone, including people claiming to be support.
Things that make it worse
| Don't | Why |
|---|---|
| Make a second account | Breaks the terms; can get both closed |
| Use a VPN | Eligibility is tied to your real location |
| Try lots of codes | Can lock the field or flag the account |
| Buy coins "to unlock" free cases | Free cases don't need a purchase |
If it's fixed
Open your 3 free cases, look at what drops, and only then decide whether to spend. Most free drops are small; that's normal and doesn't mean anything went wrong.
