How to Deposit on Cases.gg With Crypto

Crypto is popular on Cases.gg because fees can be low and you don't share card details. It's also the easiest way to lose money to a simple mistake, like picking the wrong network. This guide walks through a safe deposit.
Supported coins
Cases.gg accepts:
| Coin | Network notes |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Slowest; fees vary with network load |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Gas fees can be high at busy times |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Cheap and usually fairly quick |
| USDT | ERC20 (Ethereum) or TRC20 (Tron); pick the matching network |
| Solana (SOL) | Fast and cheap |
| Tron (TRX) | Fast and cheap |
| Ripple (XRP) | Fast; check whether a destination tag is required |
Deposits are processed through Fireblocks, an institutional custody platform, and need confirmations before they show, anywhere from minutes to a few hours.
Step by step (litecoin example)
- Open the deposit or buy-coins screen and choose Litecoin.
- Copy the deposit address exactly. Use the copy button; don't type it.
- Send a small test amount first from your wallet or exchange.
- Wait for confirmations. LTC is usually much faster than BTC.
- Check it arrived, then send the rest.
The same steps work for any coin. Just make sure the coin and network match what the site shows.
The USDT network trap
USDT exists on several blockchains. Cases.gg supports ERC20 and TRC20. If you send USDT on a different network (BEP20, for example), the deposit may never arrive and may not be recoverable. Always pick the same network in your wallet as on the deposit screen. TRC20 is usually far cheaper than ERC20.
When a deposit doesn't arrive
- Check the blockchain explorer with your transaction hash. If it's still pending, wait.
- Check confirmations. The site credits after its required number.
- Wrong coin or network? Contact support with the hash at once.
- Still nothing after a few hours? Contact live support with the hash, coin, network and amount.
Crypto and withdrawals
The terms say crypto withdrawals funded by fiat (card) deposits require KYC. If you deposit with crypto and redeem in crypto, the process is usually simpler, but checks can still apply. Also remember only prizes can be withdrawn, after balances are fully played through.
Our tips
- Prefer LTC, SOL, TRX or USDT-TRC20 for low fees.
- Never deposit from an exchange that bans gambling transactions; some do.
- Keep your transaction hashes until the deposit is credited.
